Anyone who’s been on the GMC recently would notice the 23 appearing a few Member’s sigs. Some of these members are:

What this is symboling is called “23 Games in One Day” or as one person on Hecsagon likes to call it “GameMaker Holocaust”. That name might mean there going to post “Bad Games” but we’ll wait, and see.
